Q: Do you have a physical store?

Nope, we do not have a physical store at the moment. We accept orders placed through this website and will arrange delivery / pickup accordingly.

Q: Are the products halal?

All products sold in store are Muslim-friendly. They do not contain non-halal ingredients. While we are not halal-certified yet, our chicken and ingredients are sourced from halal suppliers.

 

Q: Where can I find the nutritional info for each product?

You can find the nutritional info for each product at their respective pages, at the image section.

 

Q: How long can I keep the frozen products?

It is best to consume the products within 3 months. Kindly store them in the freezer for a longer life span.

 

 

Delivery & Pick Up

Q: Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most of the areas in Klang Valley. Do check with us to confirm if your area is covered.

 

Q: How much is the delivery fee?

There is a flat rate of RM12 delivery fee. Enjoy a free delivery for order above RM200!

 

Q: When will the order be delivered?

Our products are made freshly, please allow us 3 – 4 working days to process the order. Strictly no urgent orders.

Our delivery schedule: Monday - Saturday. Delivery date and time is subject to our delivery partner's arrangement.

 

Q: Can I pick up the order myself?

Yes, you can select 'Pickup From Store' for the shipping method. We will inform 1 day prior via email when the order is ready for pick up.

Please allow us 2 – 3 working days to process the order. Strictly no urgent orders.

Pickup time: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm

Pickup address: No. 274, Jalan SS 9A/6, SS 9A, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (This pickup point is a residential lot)
