Homemade chicken meatballs are made from breast meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic and spring onion. You can pair it with pasta, noodles with soup, or even cook it with any sauce that you love!
Good for 2 - 3 servings. Product is vacuum-packed & frozen. Please store in freezer at -18 °C. Best to consume within 3 months from date of purchase.

3 Ways to Defrost:
1. Put it in chiller the night before cooking
2. Let it defrost naturally under room temperature for 30 mins
3. Soak in water for 15 mins
Simple Cooking Instructions:
Use pan to grill with medium heat for about 3 mins. Best to cover with lid while grilling to keep it juicy and not dry up easily.
Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins. Bake the meatballs at 170 °C for 10 - 12 mins.
Microwave for about 40 seconds.
