Sous vide, which means “under vacuum” in French, refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath. Cooking it without oil makes it lower in calories.

 

This Mexican chicken with our own crafted recipe is love! The paprika, BBQ and onion powder give it a smoky touch and finally, some honey added to enrich its flavour.

 

Good for 1 serving. Product is vacuum-packed & frozen. Please store in freezer at -18 °C. Best to consume within 3 months from date of purchase.

 

3 Ways to Defrost:

1. Put it in chiller the night before cooking
2. Let it defrost naturally under room temperature for 30 mins
3. Soak in water for 15 mins

 

Simple Cooking Instruction:

Microwave:

Microwave for 1 min.

 

Grill:

Use pan to grill with medium low heat for about 3 mins. Best to cover with lid while grilling to keep it juicy and not dry up easily.

 

Boil:

Put in boiling water for about 3 mins.
