3 Ways to Defrost:
1. Put it in chiller the night before cooking
2. Let it defrost naturally under room temperature for 30 mins
3. Soak in water for 15 mins
Simple Cooking Instructions:
Pan sear the chicken with medium low heat for about 5 - 7 mins. Best to cover with lid while grilling to keep it juicy and not dry up easily.
Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins. Bake the chicken at 170 °C for 10 - 15 mins.
After the water is boiled, steam the chicken for 15 mins.
Put chicken into air fryer and cook at 170 °C for 8 – 10 mins.
