3 Ways to Defrost:
1. Put it in chiller the night before cooking
2. Let it defrost naturally under room temperature for 30 mins
3. Soak in water for 15 mins
Simple Cooking Instruction:
Microwave for 1 min.
Pan sear the chicken with medium low heat for about 3 mins. Best to cover with lid while grilling to keep it juicy and not dry up easily.
Put in boiling water for about 3 mins.
