The returned product will be checked and it should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. The Basics Food will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. The Basics Food reserves the right to research original purchase, limit or decline a refund.
Once we have checked and confirmed the products, customer will receive an exchange within 4 working days after the confirmation. The refund process may take up to 14 working days.
